Jason Fried uses his experience running his multi-million dollar in revenue online business 37Signals Inc. with his partner David Hanssen Heinmeier. The book takes a stab on norms like meetings saying that they are poisonous suggesting meeting only when there is work to be shown. Highly recommended book to read.

He discusses subtle yet very powerful views on what makes a business tick to success. Some have stuck in my mind for so long making us ponder for days on end.
